Let us handle your dinner arrangements Thursday so you can relish Texas' #1 tourist attraction, without the hassle of waiting for a table. PMI has chosen boudro's, widely considered one of the finest dining experiences on the Riverwalk, to prepare an event you will likely not forget. In between the banter fellow conference attendees will undoubtedly share, the meal will start off with a distinctive Southwest Caesar Salad (for full menu description, see below). An entrée consisting of a Filet of Black Angus Beef Tenderloin served with House Smoked Shrimp and Gulf Crab Enchiladas will follow. This will be topped off with boudro's own Crème Brulee w/fresh berries for dessert.

Hosted by a PMI faculty member, your dining experience will begin at 5pm as you exit your final session on Thursday. You will be escorted to the lagoon less than a minute away where you will board and experience the most exclusive dining table on the Riverwalk.

Since you'll be touring the entire expanse of the Riverwalk while dining, don't forget to survey which establishments you wish to visit to complete your evening. Your truly, once-in-a-lifetime excursion will end at boudro's where you can try their famous Prickly Pear Margarita and/or venture out to continue your evening along the San Antonio Riverwalk. Whether it's "talkin' shop", rekindling old memories, or making new ones, this 60 minute excursion is perfect for exploring where you'll venture once you disembark as you'll pass every Riverwalk establishment along the way. Historical San Antonio River Cruise - $10

On Thursday evening, May 20th, join fellow attendees on an exclusive PMI barge cruise of the River Walk with entertaining narratives of the rich history of the San Antonio River. Escorted by a conference faculty member and PMI staffer, the barge will embark just steps away from the last session of the day, taking an approximate hour tour of the River Walk. In addition to seeing Texas’ #1 tourist attraction from this most unique perspective, attendees can ‘scout,’ in advance, where they will dine and eventually enjoy a cool beverage, discussing with fellow attendees the full day they will have shared. Participants will disembark at the Rivercenter Mall where shopping awaits or you can freshen up at any of the three hotel partners that will be no more than one block away before enjoying the remainder of your evening.
