CEUs

The 2010 PMI National Conference for Medical Office Professionals, May 20-21, is approved for up to 12 CEUs for attendance. CEUs are awarded per session attended and may be applied to annual recertification requirements for Certified Medical Coder (CMC), Certified Medical Insurance Specialist (CMIS) and Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM). Pre-conference attendees, May 19, will earn 7 CEUs from PMI.

Both the Pre-conference session on May 19 and the 2-day National Conference on May 20-21 have received prior approval of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) - 7 continuing education hours for the pre-conference, 6 CEUs per day for the two day national conference.
This approval expires on March 21, 2011. Granting of prior approval in no way constitutes endorsement by the AAPC of the program content or the program sponsor.

Additional Discounts:
Certified Discount: PMI actively-certified professionals (CMC, CMIS, CMOM) receive 10% off their registration fee.

Multi-registrant Discount:
First registrant in your group pays full fee, second through fourth registrant paying together all receive 10% off their fee, Five or more people registering together all receive a 15% discount.

Confirmation Receipt:
Once your registration is posted in our system, you should receive confirmation via email or fax. Registration fee covers admittance to the respective pre-conference and/or national conference, as specified on your confirmation. Registration fee does not include travel and/or lodging expenses. Participants are responsible for securing their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the conference. Please check your confirmation closely for accuracy and contact PMI at 800-259-5562 to resolve any discrepancies.

Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your registration, you will automatically receive a full credit toward future training. To receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee, you must cancel by April 30, 2010. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 5, 2010, however, a credit will be applied to your account, good for one year from date of issue. Credit may be used for any courses, products or services provided by PMI.
