PMI Print & Design has a unique history. Over 20 years ago our mother company, Assistex, Inc. was born and quickly became a national company dedicated to educating doctors and their staff on the latest developments in coding, insurance and billing practices.

As a huge buyer of printing for marketing purposes, the "powers that be" decided to bring printing in-house with the intention of developing a commercial printing division. Thus, in 1990 PMI Print and Design was born. Our purpose was simple: because we were such discriminating buyers ourselves, we understood that quality and pricing were only the first two components. Relationships with our customers and understanding their business was paramount and really set us apart from other printshops in town.
