About the Presenter
Rhonda Granja has worked as an independent consultant in the medical field since 1990. She is involved with multiple medical groups and has also developed staff motivation techniques. Rhonda travels the country teaching medical office staff coding, reimbursement and compliance skills. She has done the necessary follow up work and has a proven track record for winning insurance appeals. Additionally, she has been involved extensively in medical advocacy. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and is certified by PMI as a Certified Medical Office Manager and Certified Medical Coder. She also holds a CPC from the American Academy of Professional Coders.
