Webinar/Audio Conference FAQs

Improve efficiency, confidence, and the patient experience. This session is appropriate for anyone responsible for patient communication, data collection and scheduling. Beginners and seasoned staff will gain practical tips and insights on the necessary steps for improving performance.

Feeling secure in your skills helps to promote confidence which is palpable at the front desk. Learn proven strategies and best practices that will make front desk duties easier and improve your ability to do your job more efficiently.

Three qualities are important in all jobs, but are indispensable for the First Impressions team:

  1. a positive attitude,
  2. a good work ethic,
  3. a willingness to be helpful. You may be the first and last face your patients see at the practice. Seize the opportunities to make the patient experience more enjoyable.

4 Reasons to Attend:

  • Help your practice to improve its image in your community.
  • Patient satisfaction can improve reimbursement. Higher patient retention and improved social media reviews are priceless.
  • Better communication between your front office and the rest of your staff can improve employee satisfaction and reduce overtime costs.
  • A well-trained staff is essential for compliance. Knowing how to handle difficult situations before they arise creates a confident staff that will make any emergency situation less stressful for staff and patients.
  • Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
