Webinar/Audio Conference FAQs
If you and your providers are trying to make sense of the new quality reporting measures, you are not alone! EHRs and reporting rules have distracted providers’ focus away from efficient, compassionate, quality patient care. How can your office positively impact quality and patient satisfaction goals while faced with large patient volumes, increasing demands of documentation, quality of care reporting and declining reimbursement? These processes can only be accomplished with a, well-trained, engaged team.
Hear Maxine Inman Collins address these questions and many more:
- How can we motivate our employees in a way that positively impacts improved patient relations?
- How will improvements in patient relations lead to less stress for the physician and contribute to a higher level of physician engagement and satisfaction?
- How do we motivate disengaged patients to get involved in their own healthcare for better outcomes?
- How can EHR technologies help accomplish practice goals?
- If these processes are achieved will the medical practice overall services improve, and if so, how will this lead to higher quality scores and result in higher reimbursement under the new quality incentive reimbursement systems?
