About the Presenter
Audrey is a Certified Healthcare Instructor, with a full range of practice management experience. She has trained healthcare personnel and physicians on medical documentation and compliance issues relating to the coding, billing and reimbursement for services. She has overseen the development and implementation of policy and procedures relating to practice management, risk management and compliance based on federal, state, NCQA, HIPAA and OSHA standards. Her experience as a manager of network development and working as a compliance officer for a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center, helped her to excel in budgeting decisions, contract negotiations, grant writing and cost report preparation. |
