Webinar/Audio Conference FAQs

Wouldn't it be nice if we could look into a crystal ball and see how our practice will be doing financially five years from now?

Truth is there is so much new information coming at us and so much uncertainty yet about the future of our healthcare system, that a true prediction is about as far fetched as the crystal ball. Why is this class so important?

In business, the old saying goes like this: What gets measured gets done. In order to steer the practice in the right direction in uncertain times, you must rely on your key performance indicators to measure and help you improve internal processes. This is an essential step toward energizing your practices revenue cycle and boosting operational efficiency.

Program Highlights:

  • The anatomy of the revenue cycle model
  • Key strategies to implement revenue cycle management
  • Benchmarking, reporting and key performance indicator measurements
  • Establishing the practice baseline
  • Benchmarking workshop and strategies for success
  • Introduction to goal setting and “best practice” processes and methodologies
  • Improve accounts receivable performance
  • Examine the relationship between indicators and process results
  • Work through time consuming reimbursement challenges
