About the Presenter
Linda Lindsey is a Certified
Compliance Professional with
more than 25 years of clinical
and administrative experience
in both hospital and multispecialty
group practices.
She received specialized training
at Johns Hopkins University
and worked with a large HMO
for eight years designing
and implementing Quality
Assurance programs. Linda
has presented programs with
PMI for a number of years.
Prior to teaching, she worked
as a Practice Administrator for
several multi-specialty groups.
Additionally, Linda has taught
health education for eight
medical groups covering three
counties. She also has published
results of research from Quality
Assurance programs at New
York Academy of Medicine.
Linda reviews textbooks for two
major publishers. Topics include
insurance processing, coding,
law, ethics, and administrative
medical assistance.
