Deborah is a skilled medical administration professional with more than 30 years working with medical practices, Deborah L. Rozanski serves as a Practice Transformation Coach I with Medical Advantage Group. In this position, she assists primary care and specialty physician practices with transformation and process improvement activities to attain high performing Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Patient-Centered Medical Home- Neighbor (PCMH-N) designations through assessment, education and training. Her various areas of expertise include medical billing and coding, data capture, streamlining of processes through identification of inefficiencies and overall practice transformation.

Throughout her career, she has worked with independent practices to transformation them into designated PCMHs. Her previous positions included management and other key supporting roles in PCMH implementation, provider services and claims processing for Medical Network One. She also has direct working experience in medical clinic and primary care practice settings as well as experience as a medical billing instructor in an academic setting.

Ms. Rozanski is a certified medical coder, medical office assistant, and Stanford Chronic Disease Self-Management trainer. She is also a member of the Practice Management Institute National Advisory Board.
