About Cole

Cole Kaleta
MBA, CMPE, CMOM


Cole has more than ten years of general business experience including medical practice management, hospital administration, and insurance sales and marketing. He received his Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University.

He is responsible for financial, risk, quality, human resources and information management for medical practices ranging from single to multi-specialty groups.

In addition, Cole is actively involved in various tactical projects and is an advocate of process improvement to empower employees to bring about “best practice” results. He is a graduate of the Business Innovation Academy with a specific focus in clinical workflow management.

He is also currently a voting member of the Administrative/Non-Clinical System-wide Policy and Procedure Committee of a large Integrated Delivery Network in Houston, Texas. He maintains memberships in professional organizations to support his continuing cycle of learning in the ever-changing healthcare industry.

Cole is also skilled in aviation. He has earned his Commercial pilot’s license with his Multi-engine and Instrument ratings. He draws upon this experience to promote safety, regulatory compliance and efficiency. He is an Eagle Scout and believes in leading by example and always being prepared.
