Sierra brings years of hands-on, practical experience in the areas of medical billing and coding for numerous specialties. In her current role, she uses her skills to review billing, coding, and documentation practices to ensure compliance and reimbursement success, enhancing policies and procedures to help her organization thrive.
Sierra carries her passion for the importance of education into the classroom setting and utilizes her communication skills and knowledge to equip others with the tools necessary to be successful. Sierra also enjoys her role as an adjunct faculty with South Texas College, teaching PMI curriculum to her peers in the Texas Valley area and beyond.
