Marjohn R. Riney BA, FACMPE, CMCO
Marjohn currently serves as the Executive Director of Financial Operations for Ambulatory Services at University Health. She previously held roles as Operations Manager for the Hendrick Provider Network and as Clinical Operations Director for Primary Care at Peterson Health, the premier healthcare organization serving the Texas Hill Country communities of Bandera, Comfort, Fredericksburg, and Kerrville.
Marjohn’s passion for exceptional patient care began early in her professional journey and has remained the driving force throughout her career. She has earned recognition for her leadership in process improvement initiatives across multiple healthcare organizations. In collaboration with PMI and Texas State Technical College, she helped secure a major grant to support employee training and workforce development within her organization.
In addition to her operational leadership, Marjohn serves as an adjunct instructor for PMI and played a key role in her employer earning the 2017 PMI National Host Award. She holds the ACMPE certification and the Certified Medical Compliance Officer (CMCO) credential. PMI is fortunate to have Marjohn as part of its faculty team. She brings a vast skill set and shares it in an uplifting, results-oriented way that inspires and empowers others.
