About the Presenter

Michelle Goodwine is a human resources and diversity professional with more than 25 years of experience. She is the founder of Diversity Advice Consultants and has worked for almost five years as an investigator and manager within the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division.

Michelle has worked in both private and public sectors in roles such as Vice President of Administration and Human Resources, Director of Cultural Enrichment and Diversity and an Affirmative Action Administrator. She has worked for Albany Memorial Hospital and the New York State Department of Health.

Michelle has a Masters of Public Administration from the State University of New York, Albany, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Howard University in Washington, DC. She has taught management and public administration courses for over 25 years as an adjunct instructor at various colleges and universities, including Seton Hall University, the Sage Colleges, and Excelsior College.
