Webinar/Audio Conference FAQs

Since the beginning of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health emergency, the Trump Administration has issued an unprecedented array of temporary regulatory waivers and new rules intended to equip our healthcare system with maximum flexibility to respond rapidly to the pandemic.

PMI has addressed hundreds of questions from medical practice professionals across the country who continue to struggle with these unprecedented and rapidly evolving changes. Your concerns are on point because when the coronavirus outbreak has subsided, you can be confident that auditors will be looking for practices that didn’t adhere to the temporary waivers and new rules impacting patient cost sharing, documentation requirements, write-offs, and out-of-network obligations. How will your practice fare under post-pandemic scrutiny?

Healthcare Attorney, Heidi Kocher, has prepared a special 60-minute presentation to walk you through grey areas and help ensure that your current billing practices are accurate and appropriately documented. Gain clarity on each of the COVID-19-related waivers and leave confident in the knowledge that your practice will remain on track, compliant, and avoid future recoupment requests or fraud allegations.
