Webinar/Audio Conference FAQs

"My practice is in decline." "I have a collection problem." "My overhead is too high". These are comments we often hear from clinic managers, doctors and operations officers. But all too often there is a general lack of knowledge as to WHY these issues are occurring. Sometimes a collection problem can actually be a production problem. Overhead may be high, but WHY? Where is the overspending taking place? Learning how to generate and accurately interpret practice statistics and trends will take all the emotion out of your practice management and allow you to readily identify areas of the practice that need improvement.

Knowing and understanding your practice's statistics is the first step to setting practice goals and benchmarks. Benchmarking is the systematic process of measuring one’s performance against recognized leaders in the same specialty with the purpose of determining best practices that lead to improved performance. It requires an understanding of what is important to the practice in addition to measuring performance for those factors.

Attend this webinar to discover full proof methods for collecting and analyzing data systematically to guide your practice towards operational excellence. Join PMI faculty member, Lisa Maciejewski West, as she examines the key indicators of a successful medical practice and identifies the performance areas that are most important to monitor on a routine basis.

  • Stats reports - which ones do I need?
  • Understanding what the reports are telling me
  • Analyzing overhead and expenditures against practice revenue
  • Using stats to set practice goals and benchmarks
