Back by popular demand – join us for this rebroadcast of a PMI favorite. The time to get started on making sense of the guidelines to be utilized for Evaluation and Management coding in 2021 has arrived! The changes are complicated, but the good news is that documentation requirements and payments for healthcare providers will be positively impacted by the 2021 guidelines for codes 99202-99215! CMS says these changes are designed to reduce administrative burdens and relax documentation requirements while providing more flexibility. However, it also means that we must now use 5 sets of guidelines. Attend this informative live webinar which includes a brief history of current guidelines and review of the major changes for 2021.

Gain a clear understanding of what your office must implement on January 1. Receive expert guidance including important information published by the AMA and CMS that will help you unravel the details and best prepare for successful documentation and claims submissions in 2021.

  • Comparison of CMS and CPT® guidelines per key component
  • Understand when the 3 key components will apply in 2021
  • Pertinent questions to evaluate for timely application of the new requirements
  • Helpful resources for a successful transition
  • Private payer adoption and provider acceptance
