Principles of Coding

This live instructor-led online class includes digital course materials. Schedule: September 26 and October 3, 2023 from 2-5 pm Eastern / 1-4 pm Central / 12-3 pm Mountain / 11 - 2 pm Pacific. Registrants receive login instructions a few days prior to the first online session. Participants are encouraged to turn on their webcams and fully engage with the instructor and their peers in this highly interactive program. Students are required to have self-supplied current editions of ICD-10-CM and CPT code set manuals to participate in this course.

Prerequisites

This content covered in this course assumes a basic to intermediate understanding of E/M coding and documentation.

Required Materials

For maximum benefit and full participation, self-provided current CPT® and ICD-10-CM coding books are required to complete hands-on coding exercises.
