Inflation, debt, ballooning receivables all play a part in your medical practice's viability. What does the practice overhead look like? What income does it take to keep the doors open? How does each person's role help (or hurt) the bottom line? How are collections going? Are there ways to streamline or apply efficiencies to payment processes?
