Carol Hoppe is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MedLucid Solutions. Ms. Hoppe earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors. She holds certifications as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and a Certified Professional Coding Instructor (CPC-I) through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). Additionally, she is a Certified Coding Specialist Physician-Based (CCS-P) through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and was an AHIMA-approved ICD-10-CM trainer. 

With over 25 years of experience, Ms. Hoppe has audited charts and provided education across numerous specialties, including Behavioral Health, Family Practice, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN), Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Pediatrics, and Urology. She is also an active member of the WPS Medicare Part B J8 Provider Outreach and Education Advisory Group (POE AG) and formerly served as the Billing and Coding Consultant for the Indiana State Medical Association for seven years.
