As a member, every member of your practice is entitled to participation in live webinars and unlimited access to the Streaming Audio Archive of more than 50 topics relevant to medical office productivity. TOTAL ACCESS is a tremendous value and your complete satisfaction is our mission.
Each month, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of ongoing training for your staff. Your subscription begins the day you enroll and will continue uninterrupted unless you call us to cancel.
What if I sign up mid-month? Subscription is for a 30-day period regardless of when you signed up. So, for example, if you sign up on August 15, your subscription is valid through September 14 and will automatically renew each month thereafter.
Are there any additional fees associated with TOTAL ACCESS? No, there are no additional fees associated with the TOTAL ACCESS program.
Our office cannot pay using a credit or debit card. Can we mail you a check? Can you bill me? TOTAL ACCESS is set up to accept payment via Credit/Debit card only. A receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide on the date the subscription is set up. Save this email. It includes your user name and password!
What if I am not satisfied? Your satisfaction is important to the success of the TOTAL ACCESS program. Visit the TOTAL ACCESS site often and make note of new webinar session dates and times. This is updated monthly. You are also encouraged to take advantage of the Audio Archive topic library to receive the full benefit of TOTAL ACCESS. If you are not satisfied, simply call PMI at 800-259-5562 to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle date. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Central Time. You will be asked for the last four digits of the card used to subscribe and the cardholders name.
What if I cancel mid-cycle? If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, your subscription will become inactive the day after your cancellation.
