Your subscription begins the day you enroll and will continue uninterrupted until you submit a Cancellation Request.
The PMI On-Demand library content includes - without limitation, trademarks, service marks, logos, brands, and other distinctive identification; along with data, materials, products, services, software applications and tools, text, images, photographs, audio and video material, artwork, the design, structure and arrangement of any content contained in or available through the PMI website. All content is the property of PMI, its licensors, sponsors, partners, advertisers, content providers or other third parties and is protected by law including, but not limited to, United States copyright, trade secret, patent, trademark law, as well as other state, national and international laws, treaties and regulations. The reproduction, transmission, distribution, sale, publication, broadcast, circulation or dissemination of any PMI content by you, or by you through any other person or entity, is prohibited unless express written consent is separately obtained from PMI or the owner of such content if PMI is not the owner. Any use of PMI materials without express written consent from PMI is strictly prohibited. You may not alter, delete, obscure or conceal any copyright or other notices appearing on this site, including downloadable or printed content reproduced from the PMI website.
Third Party Information: PMI�s website may feature materials, information, products, and services provided by third parties. Any such information, including but not limited to articles, press clippings, opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information made available by third parties such as content providers and other users of the PMI website are those of the respective third party and not of PMI or its affiliates. Personal Login Information: Certain features and areas of the PMI website are available only with registration, login and/or a paid subscription. If you are required to register and select a unique login and password ("Personal Login Information"), you must keep your Personal Login Information confidential. Your Personal Login Information is personal to you and you are advised not to allow any third party to use it under any circumstances. PMI is not liable for any harm caused by or related to the theft, misappropriation, disclosure, or unauthorized use of your Personal Login Information. Privacy Policy: PMI respects your privacy. Your email and contact information you submit to PMI is not shared with third parties without your consent. It may be used by PMI to share relevant information with you. For example, when you submit your name and zip code, PMI is able to properly match your location with courses in your area. When you register on pmiMD.com, you will receive regular email updates from PMI giving you valuable information about special offers, new class listings, products and services. These emails are a free benefit of your subscription. Emails from PMI include an "unsubscribe" line at the bottom allowing you to unsubscribe from particular emails or from all emails sent from PMI. TOTAL ACCESS Subscription Cancellation
Should you decide to cancel your Total Access subscription, you must submit your cancellation request to [email protected]. Please include �Total Access Subscription Cancellation� in the subject line and state your reason for cancellation in your message. All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the end of your current billing cycle. The day of the month that you subscribe to Total Access will be the same day that your billing cycle starts for each month. For example, if you enrolled in Total Access on November 21st and decide to cancel the following month, you must submit your cancellation request on or before December 14th (7 days prior to December 21st). Otherwise, your Total Access subscription will continue, then be cancelled at the end of the following billing cycle.
