PMI Sponsorship Opportunities

Practice Management Institute® (PMI) offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities suitable for your company, regardless of its size. As a sponsor, you will gain maximum visibility for your company, as well as garner the extra exposure necessary to increase brand awareness. In addition, you will establish a powerful presence and make critical connections with key decision makers on local, regional or national levels, depending on the package(s) you choose.

PMI offers a full array of sponsoring possibilities ranging from exclusive Annual Conference Sponsor to the simple power of a single day educational experience with our participants. Our corporate sponsors represent select companies that share a common vision: to develop and promote educational opportunities for medical office personnel.

Seminar Sponsorship


(Pending approval from host hospital)
Sponsorship: $500
  • You may sponsor an educational seminar in over 100 nationwide markets
  • Your logo will appear on all marketing materials including brochures, posters and postcards in relation to your chosen seminar
  • Your logo will appear on the seminar manual provided for each attendee
  • An exhibit table will be provided to display your companies materials
  • Web Page Hyperlink

    Sponsorship: $500
  • Display your logo on our main web page with a link to your site (3-month commitment)
  • Sponsors will have 30 words of promotional copy available on sponsor page (editing is limited)
  • Limit of five (5) sponsorships
  • Seminar Manuals

    Sponsorship: $2,500
  • Insertion of the 8.5 x 11 marketing piece * you provide within all of our seminar manuals (3-month commitment)
  • PMI annually distributes approximately 26,000 manuals per year nationwide
  • Limit of three (3) sponsorships per manual
  • Electronic Newsletter

    Sponsorship: $5,000

    The only way to reach Practice Management Institute® certified participants through email is by sponsoring our electronic newsletter. This highly anticipated publication gives a circulation of 4,000 PMI participant's updates on upcoming programs, products, events, and information pertinent to the medical profession. (Tracking reports are available for website clicks.)

  • Exclusive sponsorship (3-month commitment)
  • Sponsor logo will appear on the newsletter
  • Sponsors will have 40 words of promotional copy available (editing is limited)
  • A hyperlink will be provided to sponsor's website for length of commitment
  • Annual PMI Conference Sponsor

    Sponsorship: $10,000
  • Exclusive logo placement, a 50 word text section, and a live link to your website on the PMI website
  • Exclusive logo recognition on all printed promotional conference materials
  • Prominent logo placement on all e-mail blasts (12,000)
  • Exclusive signage at the Conference
  • Full page ad in Conference Program Manual
  • Sampling materials may be inserted into Conference Bags
  • Priority location for vendor booth (10x20) at Conference

  • Signage Banner will be prominently displayed

  • Name Badge Lanyards:

  • Your company name will be imprinted on lanyard which holds attendees name badge
  • Lunch: Day 1 and/or Day 2:

    $3,000 each day
  • Your company name/logo will be printed on napkins
  • Display table provided by the entrance for company literature and giveaways
